Lori excels at finding out exactly what it is a client needs and provides just that. Lori is constantly looking for ways to offer new and relevant services, keeping clients happy year after year.
Tracey is TLC’s co-owner with over 40 years experience in the cleaning industry. With an extensive background in business, Tracey takes on the office side of a client’s needs and turns it into an action plan that is clear, concise, and honest. Focusing on the needs of the staff, Tracey cares for all of TLC’S contracts, maintaining strong loyal relationships that have lasted for decades.
Brittany is TLC’S office manager with 20 years of experience in a diverse background of cleaning, office, and project management. Thinking creatively by using her strengths to see how TLC can continue to grow and succeed, Brittany is constantly finding ways to keep the company moving forward into the future. As technology and the way people do business changes, Brittany finds the areas where TLC can change with it.
Leah is TLC’s Operation’s Manager. With experience in many different fields including 10 years in the cleaning industry and 10 years experience in customer service, Leah diligently oversees the day-to-day operations through her close communication with all construction supervisors and coordinating staff. Ensuring that the TLC quality standard of services and safety standards are provided every single time.
